Germantown Academy is wrapping up the new construction at their campus, where Revolution Recovery has been providing recycling services for the project. The current installation in their Art Center Gallery is titled “Constructing the Wissahickon” by Leah Frankel.
Leah came to Revolution Recovery to source materials for the project without knowing some of the materials in our yard are from the Germantown Academy jobsite. She used reclaimed materials to create a topographical display of the Wissahickon watershed. The exhibit is up through September 30, 2011; gallery hours are 8am-5pm Monday through Friday.
